Monthly Management Meetings
In order to monitor and plan the project activities, monthly management meetings are held regularly with the participation of the Ministry of Trade, General Directorate of Customs Enforcement and the project management team.
The meetings held in the previous month, in which the ongoing activities are evaluated, not only contribute to the execution of the project, but also provide more efficient results. In the meetings, the activities to be carried out in the following months of the project are shared with the participants by the Contractor consortium, and the views and suggestions of the beneficiary institution regarding the implementation of the activities are received.
Through monthly management meetings, the realization forms of the activities and the new applications needed are determined, road maps are detected in order to achieve the project goals.
