Istanbul Airport and Atatürk Airport Field visit / 27 – 28 August 2019

Field visits were made to Istanbul Airport and Atatürk Airport on 27 – 28 August 2019. Two experts from the Ministry of Trade, seven from TÜBİTAK and two experts from BYS Group attended the visits.

During the field visits to Istanbul Airport, “Passenger Operations” were examined.

During the field visits to Atatürk Airport, the operations carried out by the “AHL (A. Airport) Customs General Directorate” were examined.

After these visits, the workflows and possible use case suggestions of the situations that the passengers and cargoes will encounter at the customs were reported and presented to the Beneficiary.
